By accessing or using Blink’s services or platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. A detailed End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is presented and signed during the onboarding process.
Blink Ecosystem is a cloud-based ERP and compliance platform built for the solar and energy storage industry in Australia. Our suite of tools helps retailers, installers, suppliers, and consultants manage their end-to-end operations — from lead capture, sales, and installation to compliance documentation, STC processing, and payments.

Marketplace to connect with accredited installers and suppliers
Compliance, Invoicing, and Payment processing
STC registration and validation support
By creating an account or using Blink, you:
Agree to use the platform in a lawful and ethical manner
Are responsible for activity under your account, including that of your team or subcontractors
Must ensure accuracy in data submitted for compliance and STC claims
Blink may suspend or restrict access in case of misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
Usage of Blink is subject to applicable fees, including:
Blink subscription fee (usually a % of the customer contract value, subject to caps)
Installer invoice amounts
Transaction fees and STC registration charges
All fees are disclosed during onboarding and processed via Stripe or a similar payment gateway. Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in platform suspension or late fees.
All payments made via the Blink platform are final. Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a platform error
Incorrect processing of payments due to system or billing faults
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing info@blinkecosystem.com.au within 14 days of the transaction. Blink reserves the right to assess each request and issue refunds at its sole discretion. No refunds will be offered for change of mind or unused services.
Blink is committed to protecting your privacy and data. We:
Handle all personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and GDPR (if applicable)
May use anonymised platform data for analytics, performance improvement, and product development
Never sell personal user data to third parties

All content, trademarks, software, and technology on the Blink platform are the exclusive property of Blink Ecosystem Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or republish any part of the platform without written consent.
Blink provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, Blink disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred through the use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
